• The fee must be paid on quaterly basis. The quarterly fee is due on 10 of the start of every quarter.
  • The fee should be paid between the 1st and 10th of the first month of each quarter.
  • If the Fee for the whole year is paid in advance then the parent will get 10% off on the tuition fee.
  • The academy fees are to be paid by Cash, Cheque/ Demand Draft, Pay TM and Credit Card also.

Note: In the case of payment by credit card, a service charge of will have to be paid by the parents.

    • Al- Iman Education Foundation
  • The Cheque and Demand Draft must contain student’s name, Class, Section and Contact No. at the back of the instrument.
  • In case of any cheque towards payment of fees being bounced, the management reserves its right to de-enroll the student and legal action will be taken Under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. It’s a crime (Non-Bailable Offence).
  • Payment by cash should only be made in person and any claim that academy fees were paid in cash must be supported by a academy receipt and fee card issued by the academy.
  • The academy does not encourage Students to carry academy Fees amount to the Academy. The Academy does not take any responsibility for any loss of money during traveling in Bus or in the Classroom.
  • NEFT / Online fee transfer facilities are available at the Academy Office.
  • Parents are requested to inform the finance department through email or call when they transfer fee through NEFT.
  • Once paid, fees are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the quarterly fee will not be paid after 4 reminders then it may result in consequence like stoppage of academy’s facilities and cancellation of admission.
  • Since our academy is facing the issue of delay in payment of fee so we have decided that if the academy fee is not deposited before 15th of every quarter then late fee or Rs. 20 per day will be charged for the next 60days and after that late fee will be Rs. 50 per day.
  • If admission is canceled midterm, no dues should be left pending. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after full and complete settlement of outstanding dues.
  • Application for withdrawal must be submitted to the office a minimum of 30 working days prior to the end of the term.
  • No student whose fees remain unpaid in full or in part will be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • No internal examination results, reports, transfer certificates, leaving certificates or recommendations to future academy will be issued to such students or parents.
  • The academy reserves the right to revise/amend the Fee Schedule from time to time.
